Jim, bide your time carefully, put the money where you can't easily get to it, to avoid making a snap decision.
Make a list of things you would really, really love to own. Really brainstorm. Have fun with it. Narrow the list to three. I know you asked us what we would buy, but hey, it's doesn't matter what I would buy. What matters is that you have 400 smackers, and this is all about you and what you would like.
