I receive promo emails from eBay somewhat frequently re the opportunity to get extra eBay bucks, which I am happy to take advantage of.
Yesterday, I received an eBay promo email re the opportunity to pay only a $10 Final Value Fee on the first 5 items listed during the promo period that sold for more than $100. This prompted me to decide list a few $300 - $600 cards that I have been thinking of selling/trading. However, when I proceeded to try to activate this promo offer, I received this message from eBay: "Unfortunately, this promotional offer is by invitation only." WTF?!! Val
