Joe,
I agree they would not have much more value in general of about $5-10. However these were obviously someone special. All of them are NE sec. Row 1 Seat 1, over a 20 year span. Obviously a VIP/longtime supporter?. They came with a large group of various track and field material from the 1930's to early 1960's. I was hoping there might be more detailed history of the relay's on line somewhere. But I suspect I may never solve the mystery.

Believe it or not I ran the 4x4 at Penn Relays when I was in high school. Was one of the most memorable events of my life and 50,000 people were there that day as Michael Johnson and the Nike team ran a qualifyer that day too! Still have my bib, program, tickets and all!
