So i sent my final reply:
Did you know PSA corrected their mistake? If u go to their site and type in the psa number it comes up as rube marquard. Heres the link but feel free to domit your self. http://www.psacard.com/cert/21031377/ .... I looked up another http://www.psacard.com/cert/17445948/ Looks like leon's source was right.

Maybe he raised the price to try and get more from PSA by having them pay him for it.
