I believe I purchased some cards once from Bud on Ebay, but had more contact with his son Jeff concerning Obak cards about 15 years ago. Heartfelt best wishes to Jeff and the family.
Definitely this thread deserves to be at least momentarily above the Rosen thread, as it is clear they resided on different ends of the humility and respect for others spectrum. Brian |

Very sad....I corresponded quite a bit with Bud over the last 10 years or so, initially on eBay...then via email. Really nice guy and very knowledgeable. He helped me complete several late 60's and early 70's sets. Always gave me a great deal. Very sorry to hear this.
