Incredible sign! Thank you for posting it Rich.

I'm not sure about Honus in the crowd. I thought that was him at the corner of the dugout holding two bats getting ready to hit cleanup.

Speaking of the crowd, one aspect that may help put a date/time frame on this piece is the two sailors in the crowd on the right. Their uniforms are very similar to uniforms worn by sailors in the early 1900s.

Does the stadium resemble any known ballparks from that period? Ballparks aren't my niche.

Terrific piece. Needs a little TLC but the potential for maximum awesomeness is there. Love all the smokers. The aroma of tobacco is an abiding memory inseparable from remembrances of a day at the ballpark once upon a time. The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball but you can't light up at a game anymore. There oughta be a law.
