I hate to bring it up, but you can't mail thermometers because of the mercury.

EBay rules against me but PayPal ruled in my favor this morning. At least one of the two has common sense. It appears to me that eBay is all about the seller and never about the buyer

So you get your money back and you get to keep the item? And the dealer that did this to you gets outed in Net54?
