For a lower condition collector a pinhole can be a blessing to the budget and offers the possibility of having a decent looking card otherwise. As far as grading companies, I don't know the policies, but I have always thought that the amount of pinholes should matter, as well as the size.
No one likes a tackhole...(except me. I say tackhole, schmackhole, bring it on) Brian |
