So, I'm on to a new project: putting together a '33 Goudey set composed only of cards that people in earlier years have trimmed, probably the bottom red borders and/or all of the white borders. More important to me are bright, pack fresh colors and clean surfaces.
If you have any Goudeys that fit this description, then please send me a message. Repeat... I want your trimmed Goudeys. Thanks, Richard Last edited by lampertb; 03-24-2017 at 09:03 AM. Reason: Edit |

I have quite a few 1934 Goudeys that are nice except someone trimmed all their borders off....otherwise they look very good. LMK if interested.,..I am looking for $4-$5 a piece for them...there are 26 total and these are representative...

I'm down to 70 or so cards for the trimmed set. Big ones I still need include Ruth batting, Gehringer, Hornsby fielding, Ott close-up, Hartnett, Paul Waner, and Lazzeri.
Email or PM is best. The last replied posts to my own, from late September, I didn't catch until just now! (Sorry about that, guys.) Richard |
