Here is an interesting study in PSA anomalies. This is the 1966 DC Hornet supplement, which contains athletes of various stripes from the UK, plus Ali:
Is it a card or a cut-out? Well, somebody somehow convinced PSA to grade these as cards. Here is one I have for sale right now: ![]() Through the magic of TPG blessing it is now a highly collectable card. Needless to say, I bought the full item to get this for my type collection: ![]() And I have a bunch of soccer teams and players left to resell.
