Seems to me the bid intervals on REA are pretty inflated at the higher levels, so a lot of the pricey stuff hits a realistic sale price fairly quickly and then stalls.
For example, I can imagine where something that might look decent at $65,000 ($78,000), doesn't look quite so appetizing at $70,000 ($84,000). Maybe their increments are the same as others. Great auction house and no one can deny that. Last edited by Snapolit1; 04-30-2017 at 07:46 PM.
