With no completed sales on Ebay and with available stock for purchase, the value is the minimum price you can buy it for.
So that one for $48 (as a sale price) and full is $60. For some reason, the old flip (no hologram) have sale prices of $100-200 and the new flip are under $100. I am guessing this is an indicator that the regular issues have low demand and are not selling. Gold parallel seems to be the key version.
