A proper hot sauce walks the tightrope between pain and pleasure.
We recommend liberal doses of Frank's RedHot Original and Frank's RedHot Wings [ http://www.franksredhot.com/wings/hi...franks-redhot/ ] -- plenty enough heat and sting to make you sweat bullets, but never lacking for actual flavour. Trust us, we're from Buffalo, where the wings come from.

I love Daves Insanity Sauce. This stuff is light you up hot and when used in very small amounts has great flavor. One of my easy favorites is to add one drop to your butter when sauteing shrimp with the shell on.
