He must do stamps too. A ton of stamp dealers use stamps in bulk to mail stuff.
Mostly because they can buy it for less than face value. (we can too, but with less margin )Steve B |

That's typically how I receive items from him.
In this case, the stamps cost more than the $3 item declared on the Canada Post label.
