problem is it's all conjecture on your part. I understand where you're coming from, but unless ebay stands behind graded cards unilaterally I'd say just chalk it up, and block them if you really feel strongly. Maybe include a link or a picture of the card for us?

Who the f&@k spends $2600 on a psa graded 1967 picture of a bottle of bleach? I get embarrassed sometimes saying I collect baseball cards.
