Nope, store them right on your hard drive and it's easy to attach them to your post on here or ebay.

There's a pretty strict size limit on images that you upload, though. Something like 19K max.
All of my high res images are an order of magnitude or two bigger than this so the upload has never worked well for me. I've used lots of the hosting services mentioned but have gravitated to Google Photos since it syncs easily with images on my PC and phone. jeff |

I use Flickr, which I think displays things nicely. It also offers a great zoom so you can really check things out closely.
When I scan cards I scan them at high resolution and then immediately save a smaller copy as well so that I can easily post on Net54, email multiple scans, etc.
