I think the default is "Highest SRP" but you can change it to any sort order by using the drop down menu. SRP is their "Suggested Retail Price" based on previous sales of the same card. However, it doesn't get updated very often, so it can be manipulated or used out of context.

I tried filling my list vice COMC, and the prices are astronomical! I can't get FIVE BUCKS for the cards listed at 14.99. Please email me your want lists!
