Two weeks ago after numerous prior attempts, I finally reached a live Panini customer service person. I was concerned about redemption's that were owed to me. There was a Kobe HRX card redeemed 11/29/12, and James Harden Au card redeemed 8/31/14.
The HRX was supposed to be a video card. I was told that they were never uploaded with video. They promised to send the non video HRX card with a extra Kobe AU card to make up for the mishap. They also promised that they were processing my Harden Au card as we spoke. I finally received my package. I'm very disappointed after waiting 5 years for something that was never completed, and 3 years for a scribble AU of a guy who makes millions, and can't take the time to sign his name properly. The old bait and switch; just think, I had to track them down for this. Almost forgot.... they still owe me a card from May 2016. HRX.. What! No video ![]() Extra card ![]() James Harden Scribble ![]() |
