The corner wear looks both too regular, and just "wrong" A hard thing to explain. Some degree or regular corner wear is usual, and another point against other cards is uneven corner wear, so I've always been against that as a stand alone point for or against.
The interior cardboard on 52s should match the back. Here we have a card with a dark back showing light cardstock where the creases break the surface. The color and lack of definition on the edges of things also looks wrong. So overall, I'd expect it to be fake.
