How is this a PSA 4????

Every time I turn in a nice looking card with stains on it, it gets graded a 1 or 2. For example: 1953 Glendales. That Chase card is horrible , I agree.

Let's see some of your 1s and 2s with stains and no creases, as that horrible Chase? I am guessing your 1s and 2s have some wrinkles or creases. That said the Chase should probably have ST on its flip.
