Upgrade
 ...the new one is the somewhat-faded raw one ; it is better than the old faithful PSA 2 which I've had for 8 or so years ; ( it originally had come back from PSA as a "1" but I knew it was better than that so I cracked it out and re-submitted and then it came back as you see it --a glorious "2" ) ; with the new raw one hey we could be talkin' a 3 or a 3.5.......I bought it last month from "COMC" as a BIN as soon as it was listed because they had titled it as a "1936 Fine Pen National Chicle Premium" ; that happens once in a while but hardly ever with the pricey scarce ones.... ..
