Default Clowning around

Scary clowns, cool postcards. I've included two of the 1915 Tacoma cards, in that they are were taken a few minutes apart. McGinnity re-crossed his arms.

Been awhile since I got t post in this thread, a really long while...feels good. I also get to be the first post of new year? What could be better...

I got my first card today of 2018 and the second time I have owned this exact example which was difficult to replace. I HAD to trade it for something else and it found its way back to me and showed up today. 1907 FP Burke Detroit PC, one of Cobb's earlier images and I love the emblem in the background. It comes in both black and blue and I far prefer the tough black variation. Also, its unused with just a simple corner crease as it returns in to my top 10 favorite cards.

Thanks Erick.

Also, I let Orly know you didn't want anything to do with postcards and that you don't even want to see a Cobb Pc if one becomes available...heh.

Happy New Year!

The clowns are cool (except to my daughter, she hates clowns) and a 1913 RPPC of some babes

I guess, as the captioned suggestion suggests, I would take hemlock.

I honestly thought the last lady in the postcard (farthest right) was a miniature centaur.

Default Bloomer Girls

Leon's Rapid City Collegiate RPPC inspired me to pull out a handful of Bloomer Girls cards to post.

I'd guess that there are no surviving examples of the "College Bloomer Girls" posters pictured in the bar , but man, I'd love to see that thing in its full color-litho glory. Same for the Western Bloomer Girls truck.

This showed up today...I love would be an understatement. I love this image and the old time glove and bag and Chase just looking like a stud.

I know from an order form that Guy Green mailed out to team managers that the Nebraska Indians had large posters that they would mail out ahead of time to teams on their schedule. I would dearly love to even find a photo of one. Nice postcards, Dave.
