Let me guess, one of the huge retail surplus sellers that do insane volume?
I saw something I wanted from one of them, and looked at the feedback. Just couldn't do it. Same deal, sold like 50K items a month and had 4-500 negatives each month. Stuff out of stock, broken in shipping, wrong thing shipped..... And apparently almost no response from them.
