"Promotional piece" is very vague, and perhaps intentionally so. Especially since the backside, perhaps showing an article, is not shown. Calling a magazine ad a "promotional piece" is probably not literally wrong if one were to parse words with a dictionary at hand, but obviously deceptive.
Though I always take into consideration the asking price. There's a difference between a deceptively described magazine page being offered for $9 versus $299. Last edited by drcy; 01-12-2018 at 11:52 PM. |
