Neat Wheat items Kenny! Not necessarily a room but my television stand gives me stuff to look at during commercials.. And luckily for me my 3 year old could care less about any of it right now

Great display Michael.

Having two Darktown banks kind of detracts from the overall aesthetics though...
you should send the lesser-condition example my way to rectify that dilemma.

Beautiful display, Michael...

I'm a sucker for that early figural stuff as well. Just one word of advice....

NEVER get a Beagle!

Thanks guys and Brent I would send you one but doing so would throw off the symmetry even more than it is now
Mark I will heed your Beagle advice and just keep the daughter around

While these aren’t pics of my “room,” I thought I’d show an addition I made this week to a photo in my office at work.

I’ve had this photo from the first baseball Hall of Fame induction ceremony on my wall for several years. The ceremony took place June 12, 1939 and actually featured the first four induction classes (1936, ’37, ’38 & ’39).

On a trip to Cooperstown last month I picked up a canceled envelope/stamp with the June 12 date on it. I used three 1-1/2" screw hooks to allow the plastic holder to hang securely on the wall and to overlap the picture frame, giving it a bit of a museum look.

It seemed like a decent way to accentuate the photo while also putting the envelope to good use (instead of sitting in a box or drawer).
