Can you figure out the name of the International League President? Many search what years he was in the position and cross reference that with the 1926-1933 range and see if that might narrow it further.

The ball is 1928-1930.

JC Toole was president of the International League in 1928.

As far as I know, Charles H. Knapp was voted in as a sort of interim leader of the league for 1929, after the death of Toole in February, and was not made president officially until December of 1929.

If that is true, then the ball can be dated definitively to 1930 based on its stitching.
