Can someone on here please give me the email of PSA's research department? I have sent a couple of emails to info@PSAcard.com and never received any responses. I have even phoned them, and the reps always tell me the same sh*t, which is to email them with the information and that they'll forward it to the research department. I never hear anything back from them either.

Maybe they answer calls as quickly as they grade? What service did you submit your call under?

Just about the only good thing going for psa these days...is Jenny!

Nicholas Mendoza (NMendoza@collectors.com) is the go-between link to the research department I have gotten responses from. They were able to fix some pop report issues I forwarded without having to have the card reholdered.
