Remembering The Legends (or legends for the wrong reasons)

I want to say Dinneen, particularly because of that last line, but I don't know what the couple of rings refer to. I had to look it up, but he has just the one World Series title, and that was during his heyday it seems. Maybe he married twice? Or do I just have the wrong guy?

Magee was all NL. Didn't Ed Walsh umpire briefly?

Peter: He also had a great American Association career after MLB.
