Yes, it was.
The main problem(s) I have with the submission were the representative indicated it would take about three months or so when I submitted it, and that there was no response to my inquiries. Quite honestly, if they had simply replied, "We're still working on it", that would have been fine with me.

Beckett can turn around a PSA 8 make it a BVG 8 and turn it to less re-sell value too for the most part..
