Happy to hear things are working out. I normally wouldn't comment on this topic but just felt the need. I agree that communication is key and even though it is something that can only take a few minutes, life can get pretty busy and it's easy to lose track of time. It being the 21st century and everyone wants everything quick, quick, fast, fast. I do understand the reasons but sometimes you just have to take a deep breath, relax, and be happy that you were able to purchase something and that you will receive it. For me, something can take weeks to get to me and as long as it's not lost in the mail, i'm fine with it. My only issue is if something is lost. Otherwise I'm just happy I could make a purchase. For many of us, this is just a hobby and not a full time job. There's not always enough hours in the day to make everyone happy. Let's try to keep this hobby fun, happy, enjoyable, and relaxing.

Happy collecting everyone!!!

Lol.....sounds like shipping between the US and Canada. I don't even give it a thought about delivery times until atleast 4 weeks have passed. I am a very patient person and don't raise any stink about shipping times unless I pay the big bucks for the service and expect something like guaranteed 5 days delivery.

Yes, things can always happen. I usually find shipping between Canada and the USA to be fast but had a package last year that showed out for delivery and then simply disappeared. I assumed a mail carrier had stolen it.

However, a few months later I suddenly got a delivery notification! When I made it home from work there it was - had a note on the back that said "found on street". There was then a different note, in different writing, that apologized for both opening it and then forgetting to put it back in the mail, as it had been delivered to the wrong house.

Having those cards given up for dead and then appearing so much later made me appreciate them even more.

I had a card that came very late with an attached post office note that it had gotten stuck in the sorting machine. The package was damaged but the card was fine.
