You'll have absolutely no problem getting your money back if it wasn't shown as delivered. The Post Office lost 3 of my packages I sent out last month, although one did finally show up after 3 weeks. I had to reimburse my other 2 buyers,it wasn't their fault.

Last month I had a package sent from Detroit to me in High Point, NC. It got to Greensboro, NC in 2 days. Greensboro and High Point border each other. From Greensboro it went to Atlanta, bounced around Atlanta for 3 days, then got back to Greensboro. Then, it went back to Atlanta and then back to Greensboro. On the third trip it finally went to High Point and I got it. The seller addressed the package perfectly. No reason for how the USPS does things sometimes.
