The individual books go for around $10-$25 per each. The All Star book may go for a little higher.
I have the complete boxed set and an extra book and extra stamps. The individual stamps go for quite a bit more than the books. A slabbed Ryan or Clemente or Mays or Aaron can get up to $50 or more and the books they are in are much less.

Not sure it's worth breaking up. Even to risk for maybe a $40. A 9 wouldn't be worth much if anything at all.
Thanks for the update. I need to take some pics and get these things up for sale.

IMHO These items are more valued to team collectors. I have one for my team, but not too interested in many others.
