You should be able to simply resize your camera images on your own computer.
#1 Simply open the picture to view on your computer (Be sure to be viewing your photo at FULL SIZE) #2 You should then be able to choose "Re-size" from an edit menu. #3 I usually re-size to 600-800 #4 Re-name and save Image. The other problem with the Net54 site is that it is a dinosaur. Most all message boards now days allow photos to be uploaded directly from your computer. With Net54's outdated system you still have to upload your photos to an on-line hosting site. Then the hassle of copying and pasting the URL code from the on-line site that is hosting your photos.
