..I don't know if there is a term for the last card of an active player but the thread topic made me dig out his 1939 Exhibit --I couldn't find any listings for him in any of the 1939 , 1940 , or 1941 sets----he was pretty old and a bit portly and with the New York Giants by then....this one is a short print , a decent survivor and only the pinhole at 12 o'clock made it remotely affordable.... .. |
