Pack inserts but also distributed by Topps through other outlets. I think I read that they were often distributed to the Boy Scouts. Voting was supposed to form the basis of the Rookie Team feated at the annual Topps Rookie Banquet and in the Topps set the following year.
There was a 1960 insert as well, same front, different back. I have the one above in my 1960 set, but I could easily be wrong about which is which. Maybe Dave Hornish knows Last edited by ALR-bishop; 06-11-2018 at 09:12 AM.
