With a wrinkle on face of card I think a 3 is the best you can expect these days. Comparing it to past grades is irrelevant, they grade harder now than they used to grade. Is this right, not really, but it is reality at several of the grading companies. Still a nice looking Clemente rookie card.

Thanks, I just thought the card looks better than a 3. anyway no big deal, I rarely sell my card anyway.

This 3 looks way better than a 3, again, imo, as I have seen far worse looking 4's or 5's but with some slight spider wrinkles on the back, it could be why the TPG, that day, decided a 3 was plenty for this card? Personally, I'd just be happy with the 3 and avoid some possible disappointment. It's a great looking card and although I'd wonder myself, if it were mine, if it could get a bump, I am not so sure I'd be ready for the disappointment if it didn't? It's a nice card, like what has already been mentioned, so just accept the fact that you own one while many don't. ![]()
