It is an awfully generous grade. Still a nice card but I agree with the 2.5 mark.

They would have given me a 1.5 on it. The '51 Mantle I had smoked it in condition and they gave it a 2. Don't collect holders

What's funny is that the new Ebay shows me this listing, for the same card, but graded a 3 with a bit of paperloss on the front.
