In my experience graders look at the amount of borders left on strip cards as to whether they get a number or not. I have no issue as long as they correctly label the ones that are hand cut and leave the others alone
. At this point I don't think any TPG gets it quite correctly, ie...W503, W575-1 and I think a few others aren't hand cut ...But it's the size of the borders in my experience, to answer the question.
