Yes, I put sold right next to the price. I still have had twice where people sent messages to purchase cards.

This happens sometimes on the watch forums as well. Buyer places “sold” adjacent to the price but still receives inquires. Maybe a psychological thing where the buyer visually skips over the “sold” remark.

Or they're covering their bases in hopes the deal fell through. Would think that's a 1 in 100

For me the watch forums were not a great place to sell. Tons of really lowball offers; or people demanding more and more pictures.

I've been "collecting" watches for more than 10 years and you will never get more Type A people in a room. People in the watch sales forum are big bargain hunters. If you know the general market value of the watch it will sell even after ignoring all the low ball offers.
