I think your vs you're is the most common issue I see on a regular basis, with there, their, or they're a close second.

So when I have a card For Sell, I only have it for a sort time, until I see my brother.

Had a coworker that used the word "bases" instead of "basis" when I worked in the office. That really used to get under my skin. So glad I work from home!
