I paid $18k cash at the National this year for this. Sorry for the bad pic - it’s comparable to the one at issue, but no paper loss, and in my opinion nicer than the PSA 2 that sold for $16.8k, which has a ckeck-mark in pen on the front pic.

I would think your Plank clears at least $10k.. Not sure it gets as high as Rotchkiss but I think 10 is a reasonable floor. I purchased mine for $4K but it is materially less presentable than yours!!

OK, so I have what may be a dumb question. I'm thinking about sending the E107 Plank that I posted in my original post to PSA to be graded. It's been about 10 years since I've sent a card in to be graded, so I kind of forgot the process. I went to PSA's website and saw this in regards to submission prices:
PREMIUM *$1000 Maximum declared value of $24,999 ESTIMATED TURNAROUND: 1 Business Day WALK-THROUGH *$500 Maximum declared value of $9,999 ESTIMATED TURNAROUND: 1 Business Day Please mark outside of shipment box with "1 Day Service" SUPER EXPRESS *$200 Maximum declared value of $4,999 and all T3s must be submitted at this service level or higher. ESTIMATED TURNAROUND: 2 Business Days Please mark outside of shipment box with "2 Day Service" EXPRESS *$75 Maximum declared value of $1,999 ESTIMATED TURNAROUND: 8 Business Days Please mark outside of shipment box with "8 Day Service" REGULAR *$20 Maximum declared value of $499 ESTIMATED TURNAROUND: 15 Business Days Based on the responses here in this string to my original post, it seems as though this card would probably be worth $10,000+. So my dumb question is, does that mean that, if I submitted it for grading, I'd have to pay $500 or more because its maximum declared value is over $9,999? Also, depending on what the card grades out at, I'm strongly considering selling it. For a card like this, and to maximize what it might sell for, do people here recommend any particular auction houses? |

I picked up this guy a little while back. If you've seen the mouse who ate off his name let me know.
