Is this guy also a serial retractor? Seems to be a sport out there for some of these guys lately. Have fun sabotaging and auction, and then if you happen to actually win something you don't really want, just pay for it and request to cancel the sale to avoid an unpaid item claim.

It wouldn't surprise me....he isn't the first buyer pay for items to avoid the unpaid item strike.
