The buyer probably tried to pull a fast one - or they were short on funds and the echeck failed.
If you use eBay to generate shipping labels they tell the seller when payment is clear and the item is good to go and if an echeck is pending they dont notify you until it clears. Btw- If you haven’t already filed a npba now is probably a good time.

I bet you're right. I contacted the buyer yesterday and he promised to make it right last night but have not heard anything. I'm gonna file the non-payer and relist the item.
