I think wealth redistribution would be handily taken care of if they were to confiscate all 52 Mantles and hand a sliver to each Oliver Twist on line. Anyone who utters please sir, I want some more will be given a sliver of a Gregg Jerfferies Donruss instead.

If the super super rich have to pay taxes at anything close to the same rate they paid 50-60 years ago, I have no doubt that civilization as we know it will come to an end. Blood in the streets. Revolution. Cards will be the least of our problems.
