Thanks for all the input, guys. I also like the looks of the Tinker Hands on Knees. Later this year, I hope to be able to get a red portrait Cobb and perhaps a Mathewson or Big Train.

Tinker hands on knees is a good one. Those tend to run a bit pricey, especially in high grades. Not really sure why... Lajoie throwing always for some reason reminded me of tinker hands on knees (and chance batting is very similar to tinker bat off)

There's several threads, if you do a search, that breaks down the various HOF "tiers" in the T206 set...as I wouldn't include Tinker or Bender in the "next tier" as you say.

From memory, but it's been widely discussed here...

1. Cobb, Matty, Cy, WaJo
2. Lajoie, Speaker
3. Collins, Waddell

etc, etc...

You might also consider portraits of "the trio of bear cubs"; all three come with the gray "Cubs" shirt.
