Also, It appears the cert number label has been either removed and/or re-applied. It's not laying flat at all.

The cert number doesn't exist in JSA's database. I wonder where it even came from.

I can assure you with 100% confidence that that HOF 2019 was added WELL after it was signed and it was not added by Mariano Rivera
