Here are cards I picked up this month. Most are additions or upgrades for sets I'm working on. James |

I finally managed to snag a 1958 World Series ticket to go with the picture of my Uncle Sam with Mickey Mantle and Dizzy Trout photo.

Straight PSA 9 1974 Topps Dave Winfield rookie cards (too bad there wasn't a 'Washington Nat'l Lea.' version) regularly go for over $500, but I grabbed this one up for less than a tenth of that, and the centering isn't too crazy at all... 1974winfield456psa9oc.jpg And holy heck!!!!!!!!!! Most people don't realize how hard (read impossible!) it is to find a centered 1972 Killer In Action card (I started a thread about it some time back, so I'll go back and resuscitate it). 99.99999% of them are found way off centered and/or tilted. This one could very well be the best centered version of the card I have ever seen, and I jumped on it quicker than a puppy on a pork chop!!!!!!!!!! No tilt, no tilt, no tilt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1972killebrew52psa8mine.jpg
