I have bought a couple reprint autographs. Aldrin and Cobb come to mind. I agree that they should be clearly marked in the listing.
Why did I do it? To display RP without fading an original. And in the Aldrin case I have his signature across an entire book page - huge, and it would not display well. For me - it's mostly a display preference. When people ask if it's real, I say "no, it's only for display. But let me show you the real one I have stored away" :-) |
