Adam, I did take your advice from another thread on this one:

I did have one as a kid, but I wasn�t born until 5 years after they were issued, so I�m guessing the one I remember from my childhood was from around 1989 or so. Didn�t hang onto it, as I didn�t with many of the vintage cards I came across. We traded quite frequently.
