Awesome, Jim! I was living in So Cal during the 1988 season & I remember clearly following the Dodgers all the way to winning the World Series.
It's strange how I really had a strong opinion that they were, in fact, a team of destiny. Talent, team chemistry & strong leadership provided by Tommy Lasorda. I loved that team! I will also never forget the role that Mickey Hatcher played that year. Talking about a career year, he came up big so many different times...
